"Regina is just an amazing person. She gave my husband and I much needed guidance and tips when we were selling my Dad's house. The market right now is just awful for sellers, especially with an older home such as ours.
When it finally came time for the closing it was absolutely nuts. We had to do some work that was part of the agreement and it took a lot longer than it was supposed to and I was in fear of the deal falling through, you have to love older homes. Regina was more than willing to roll up her sleeves and help where she could to make sure that the work was finished and that the closing went off without a hitch.
Regina is very professional and a real pleasure to work with. She was always available to us if we needed her. I can remember quite a few phone calls between us in the evening hours because something suddenly had come up. There were some very frustrating moments for me during the whole process, while the house was on the market, all of which were of no fault of Regina's yet she had to deal with my craziness. Regina always stayed calm and professional and managed to get me off that crazy cliff. She really is a joy to speak with.
My Dad's house was vacant the entire time it was on the market and she was an extra pair of eyes for us, helping to make sure the house OK. If anything seemed different in the house, say a different light on than when she was last there, she'd call us immediately to let us know and be sure it was one of us that had been at the house. She always looked out for us.
I highly recommend Regina. If we ever decide to sell or buy again you can bet Regina will be the person I want working me."
