"Regina is just an amazing person. She gave my husband and I much needed guidance and tips when we were selling my Dad's house. The market right now is just awful for sellers, especially with an older home such as ours.
When it finally came time for the closing it was absolutely nuts. We had to do some work that was part of the agreement and it took a lot longer than it was supposed to and I was in fear of the deal falling through, you have to love older homes. I chose Regina Paratore as my real estate agent because she was the agent for the house across the street. I knew nothing about her. Did I luck out. She is everything you would want in a real estate agent. She is a great communicator. You call her and she returns the call immediately. The house I was selling had been rented. She went through the house and gave me a list of the repairs and updates I should make to make the house sell fast. I live in Florida, so she found painters etc to work on my house. Then she checked their work for me and let me know the finished results with photos sent to me by email. The house sold fast in this slow market. I would recommend Regina Paratore to my best friend.
